Accessibility Statement

This statement was last reviewed on 28 September 2026.

NEXURA.PRO wants everyone to be able to browse and buy from our store, whatever device or assistive technology they use. This statement sets out the standard we work to, what we have done, where we know we still fall short, and how to tell us when something does not work.

The standard we follow

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. WCAG is the international benchmark for accessible web content, and level AA is the level most accessibility law refers to. We apply it together with the practical rules for keyboard access, readable contrast and clear labelling.

Conformance status

The store is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. Partially conformant means that most of the store meets the standard, and that the exceptions are listed in this statement. We do not claim full conformance.

What we have done

  • Colour and contrast. The store uses a black, white and cyan palette. Body text and interface text meet or exceed the AA contrast ratio, and colour is never the only way information is conveyed.
  • Keyboard access. Navigation, product browsing, the cart and the checkout can be operated with a keyboard alone, and every interactive element shows a visible focus outline so you always know where you are.
  • Skip link. A “Skip to content” link is the first thing reachable on every page, so you do not have to tab through the header on each visit.
  • Semantic structure. Pages use proper headings, landmarks and lists. Screen readers rely on this structure to move through a page, and it is kept in reading order.
  • Forms. Fields are labelled, errors are described in text rather than by colour alone, and the checkout can be completed without a mouse.
  • Text and zoom. Text can be enlarged to 200% without loss of content or function, and the layout reflows on small screens without horizontal scrolling.
  • Motion. We do not run autoplaying carousels, countdown timers, cursor effects or scroll-triggered animation. Where any animation exists at all it is switched off for visitors whose system asks for reduced motion.
  • Images. Decorative images are hidden from assistive technology, and product images carry descriptive alternative text.
  • Language and titles. The document language is declared so that screen readers pronounce content correctly, and every page has a unique, descriptive title.

Known limitations

We would rather name these than hide them:

  • Some product photographs supplied by manufacturers contain text baked into the image itself. Where that happens, the same information is given in the written product description.
  • A small number of payment and delivery steps are provided by third parties, such as card authorisation pages. Their accessibility is outside our direct control, although we choose providers that publish their own accessibility commitments.
  • Documents supplied by manufacturers, such as PDF specification sheets, may not be tagged for accessibility. If you need one of these in an accessible format, ask us and we will convert it or read it to you.
  • Older order confirmation emails may not be fully accessible. Our current email templates are.

How we test

We check the store by navigating it with a keyboard only, by reading it with a screen reader, and with automated accessibility testing. We review the store against the WCAG 2.2 AA checklist before significant changes are released. These checks are carried out by the team that builds and runs the store.

Feedback and contact

If you meet a barrier, please tell us. We want to fix it, and we can usually provide the information or the service you need by another route in the meantime.

Please describe the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We aim to reply within 5 working days and to tell you what we intend to do about it.

Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our reply, tell us and we will escalate the matter internally. You are also free to contact the equality or accessibility authority in your country.
